with ramsey conceding the league match , after twice failing to have enough players , we decided to have a friendly to end our season . 9v9 , with ramsey borrowing two alconbury players (rotating different players throughout the match). this evened things out quite nicely and made the game quite competitive, fair play to the alconbury girls who played for ramsey, as one or two were quite reluctant !! but the game was played in a very good spirit and ramsey went 2-0 ahead with two very good goals, alconbury fought back to 2-2 ,goals from lucy cockman and alix. ramsey scored twice again and willow scored for alconbury , alix hit the post with a rocket but the final score was 4-3 to ramsey who were delighted at winning to say the least !!!! a good way to round off the season . well done alix , player of the match
